2017 XPT 4 Harness Install

Maybe kind of a noob question, but on the 2017 the car limps when the driver seat belt isn't buckled. When I pull the stock belts out to install harnesses, what do I do with that wiring? Is there something I need to do override that sensor?

Also, anyone have any experience with the Dragon Fire harnesses?
