Traveling wheel/tires

My toy hauler has a 12' garage. I just got a 2017 XP4 Turbo knowing I'd need to do something to squeeze it in there. I'm thinking to put some small tires on a 14" or 15" wheel to shorten it up. Has anybody done this and if so what's the cheapest solution you came up with.
