Custom Mechanics in Colorado

I purchased a 2018 RZR turbo 4 fox edition in October. The machine is amazing, but of course I want to do some upgrades. It’s already all skidded out, so the next step is tires. It comes stock with 29s, but I’m thinking I’d like to either get 30s or 32s. Having built a very custom Jeep Year’s ago I know with bigger tires comes extra weight=less power=damaged equipment. So I guess my questions:

1: I heard the low gear is terrible (haven’t noticed, but have nothing to compare it too). So going to 32s while rock crawling there would be a noticeable loss of power. Is there a fix to this, just stick to 30s? Then if sticking to 30s is it even worth it.....going from 29s.

2: Again haveing built a Jeep, and making tons of costly mistakes, I like the idea of building around the tire size you want before getting the larger tires. What are the week points I should upgrade before getting larger tires.....joints, axles, clutch kits, arms etc....

3: most of the work I can do myself, but I’ll avoid any transmission/ clutch work, so does anyone know of a good mechanic in Colorado, perfer the Colorado Springs area.

Thanks in advance for all the help.
