Looking to buy in PA-BEST price?

So after many months of looking I am ready to finally pull the trigger on my new toy. With that said, $23k for a "toy" is a lot of money. I figured with four kids the 4 seater is my best option to include the whole family.

Best price so far in PA I found is $20,999 plus tax and tags or about $23k OTD

Any suggestions?

I know I could save a few grand easily down south but I just don't have the means or time to drive down there?
