Shock therapy spring and revalve

Hey guys I had a quick question. I am getting my shocks sprung and valved at shock therapy today and they offered me the swaybar kit along with everything else does anybody have experience with their sway bar? I’m not huge on swaybars I don’t really need them too much but if they make a big difference I might go with it. So any opinion would be great thanks
