2016 rzr xp 4 turbo on 30's CLUTCH ISSUES RECOMMENDATIONS

Hi guys new to the forum from Arizona, Happily switching from a rhino over to the Polaris Family. =)

Need advise.. belt blew and tore apart my clutch(I believe), Wont go into gear with out turning off and when in gear it is highly accelerated, cant let go of brake or else it launches like the clutch/gear is always engaged or something...
is it my primary clutch?
If so i just put 30 inch tires.
Should i go stock clutch and after performance - aftermarket Weights and spring?? WHERE CAN I BUY THEM?
Don't wanna spend 1200 on a performance clutch.. i can do the 600 give or take on an oem ;)

what are your suggestions/recommendations , All stock and light riding..
