Ok fellow turbo owners. The issue that has plagued our family XPT4 for a year as of today and has been to the dealer 9 times now and every single time it is there for 2 plus weeks every single time. It is now back at a different dealer to have a different set of eyes on it per Polaris?s request. The dealer and Polaris is only throwing parts and guesses on how to fix the issue of the overboost code of 1127 and the last two ride it has thrown serveral other codes and put the machine in limp mode. They have done waste gate adjustments, replaced the blow off valve, reflashed the ECU serveral Times, checked all hose lines, changed the T-bap sensors, and as of last Thursday a brand new ECU. Which i had hoped had fixed the issue, but when I plan and go to Dumont this weekend after renting an rv and getting all of the necessary things to make a 3 day trip only to end after only 4 miles in. The rzr threw the 1127 and than threw 2629 and 3 under that number and putting the car into limp mode and also not having any 4wd after the new ECU on top of that. Just to possible save the trip I disconnected the battery and touched the leads together to see if that would reset the codes and to no luck we left after only being there less than 24 hrs. And out a lot of money, because Polaris and the dealerships cannot figure out our machine.
My question is after this long discourse that I wrote. Is there anyone else that has had this much problem with there turbo and what can I do or am I at the mercy of polaris?s BS?
We are completely out of patience and pissed off about how much money and time has been wasted on something that I am still playing for. And the lemon law in Nevada does not cover ohv?s.

Just bought a new 17 xpt4 and noticed that every time I drive it the exhaust glows red from the manifold to about a foot past turbo. This is easy driving around the farm just trying to get everything broke in. My 16 turbo exhaust never got red even after some hard driving. Is this normal for this machine or may there be a problem.

what primary and secondary do you guys recommend for 2017 Polaris rzr xpt with stage 4 evolution burned a belt in glamis I'm thinking its time I do have the clutch weights but I'm thinking I need to do it right so what do u guys recommend

I saw the post below but i have a more specific question. Last year at glamis toward the end of our trip we were having belt slipping issues. 2016 xpt4. Running everything stock. Bighorns aired down in 4x4. 2-3 decent sized passengers most of the tine.Would a clutch kit help this? I didn't have this problem recently in the oregon dunes and on gravel roads. I changed the belt out and washed it like recommended. I also broke the belt in as suggested. I plan on putting the blower motor on to cool it down.

2016 Turbo 4 seat overheated again on Halloween at Glamis. going into limp mode on side of hill(dangerous) then it shutdown. has fan upgrade and flash. would adding a fan override help this out or is new radiator the only fix. Polaris never did any other fixes for 2016 turbo overheat issues except redesign it in 2017.

I am looking to mod my RZR up a bit. I am thinking of a Trinity Exhaust with a tuner. I just do not know what tuner to look at. Any info will help.

with adding aftermarket accessories to the new machine like roof, lower doors, skid plates, rock sliders, cooler, winch and 4 people is it ok to add preload to the coilovers to get back some ride height or is it best to leave at factory setting. I have 32'' tires and shocks set to soft.

I read somewhere I can't remember if it was here or.somewhere else that the polaris oil isn't good for the bearings in the transmission. Amsoil was the recommended. What else is good if I can't get a hold of amsoil?

Can any clutch compression tool be used on a 2017 Xp4t clutch? I saw a video on YouTube from epi that implied a special sized clutch tool must be used on 2017 clutches. Anyone have my experience with this? Or know what size threaded bar I could get to make my own?

My 2017 RZR 1000 4 Turbo gets so hot down by your legs after about 10 minutes. Has anyone had this problem? Ideas? Solutions?

I have Beard seats on aftermarket alum seat bases with the factory release. I always have problems with the left rear seat removal. It works for 2 or 3 times then the spring bends. Anyone have the same problem? Or have a fix for the issue? TIA

Hi! I am looking to purchase a 2018 Polaris RZR XP 4 Turbo OR non turbo 1000. I am planning on installing tracks for the winter, but am unsure which one does better on the snow. I recently put a AEM universal fuel regulator on my xp900 with K&T turbo. I first put the gauge right before the injectors and it was reading over 60psi of pressure which I know is way high. I moved the gauge to the port on regulator and it shows 0psi. The regulator is brand new. Maybe I got a defective one? I know the gauge works because I watched it go down when I was unscrewing it. When trying to adjust the pressure in both places it wouldnt go up or down.

Just bought a new 2018 turbo, handed the salesperson my 1000.00 voucher that I've been waiting to use all year, he goes to process it and returns a few minutes later with the bad news, voucher is no good for 2018 models...bummer.
Had I known that ,I probably would have jumped on a 2017 turbo when the rebates were out.

Who has installed this kit and how the heck did you guys get the springs on! I've installed several other spring kits in the past with a compressor and straps but this one is a whole different animal. I've got the spring preloads backed all the way out and still need to compress the spring aprox. 3" just to get the collar back on and its impossible with just a spring compressor. I've called ST but there not in.
