I'm looking for doors for my 17 XP4T. I rock crawl...so, I can't have nice things. :wink I like the TMW doors, but the UTV Giant and TFBB doors are more affordable, especially for something that is prone to a little crawling abuse. Plus, I really need to have my PRP Door bags.
Hey I just got a 2018 xp 4 Turbo and have only put on 170 miles so far. I have heard a rattle noise when I drive down the road and finally decided to find out where it was coming from. It turned out to be one of the metal coolant lines rubbing on the driveline. It had wore all the paint off the driveline in about a 3" section. My coolant line has a flat spot on it now, much longer and it would have wore through and started to leak! Just wanted to post this so everyone could check theirs.
I have a weird clanking noise after I installed the Z-Broz front High clearance arms. This is not the first time that I have had issues. When I first installed them, I had experienced the same issue. I call Z-Broz and told them of my problem. They told me to check the torque on the bolts. I did and everything is tight. I regreased everything and still getting that clanking noise. It sounds like something is very loose at the front end. I also noticed that the stock front sway bar is VERY loose. when the RZR is just sitting, I can pull the sway bar back and forth, from tire to tire. I was wondering if that could be a/the problem. Any help would be great before I take it in and have someone look at it.

p.s. I just installed my new rebuilt springs from Shock Therapy and the noise was still there.
I have a brand new 2018 xp4 turbo and blew my first belt after roughly 200 miles. The dealership warrantied it and gave me a brand new OEM Belt. I made sure the clutch was clean of all debris from the blown belt. Now with the new belt in my RZR is shifting very hard when I go from Park to high ect. When I am in that gear it runs flawless but its just a matter of getting it to that gear. Also, when its in park it seems like its making a loud whistling noise from the clutch area and it only happens if its in Park. Is this all part of breaking in a new belt or what could be causing this? This is my first time changing a belt and I am mechanically inclined so keep that in mind. Thanks and I appreciate your help.
I just recently went from a 2 seat none turbo 1000xp to a 2018 xp4 turbo. I had been running the STI tires on my 2 seat,( 28x13x14) rear and 20x10x14 fronts. They worked well on the 2 seat but with the turbo I am being told that I need to run a 30" tire. Is it worth the money to switch or am going to be OK running the shorter tire?
Just broke my first belt with only 150 miles. I have a silver lake sand dune trip this weekend. Thank God I have a spare belt on the way from hunter works. I got all the broken belt out of clutches and got them all cleaned with scotch pads and brake cleaner. When I brought home my rzr I just went balls to the wall so no I didn't not break the belt in and that's what I need help with. Will I be able to go balls to the wall with the new belt this weekend or what do u guys suggest. I have aftermarket assassins stage 2 tune with there clutch kit. I'm really stressed out please give me some advice lol.

So I just bought my 2017 XP4T. when you check the oil level. You pull it out, clean it off and re-insert the dipstick.
My question is, there is a rubber stopper thing on the end of the dipstick right where you grab onto it. Do you push the dipstick in all the way or just until that rubber thing hits the tube? The guy I bought my RZR from changed the oil before I picked it up. If I push the dipstick in all the way including the rubber thing there looks to be too much oil. However, if I put the dipstick in until the rubber thing hits the tube the oil level is perfect.
I have a 2018 RZR XP4 DYNAMIX that doesn't like to shift into high gear. If I am in reverse or low and switch to high the engine will just rev up and sometimes I get a gear grind. If I take it out of high to low and back to high no change, but if I change gears to park and then back to high most of the time it will go. Before I make a cable adjustment just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and if adjusting the cable fixed it.
I'm new to the RZR game, but been in Sand Rails and Dirt Bikes all my life. I was installing a clutch kit to handle new tire size and as I was breaking down the primary to install weights and spring, I noticed the two way bearing was frozen/rusted. It did not spin freeling, which from watching the EPI video on youtube it should. Also, the clutch plates did not move back and fourth as they should as well.
With this said is there someone in the Corona/Riverside area that rebuilds Primary clutches or is it simple enough to do yourself. Thanks for any information.
The fuel gauge has quit working. I've had it out, and it doesn't OHM below a half tank. Polaris is quoting me $779 for the fuel pump, sender assembly. That doesn't seem right to me. Anyone found an aftermarket option? TIA
I have 350 miles on my xpt 4 and I’m struggling with a wierd noise. It sounds like a electrical noise almost like feedback from a microphone. Around 18 mph and up it starts buzzing sounds like front of vehicle. It’s at the dealer right now and of course they scratched their heads when I took the service writer for a test drive so he could listen to it. I thought it was feedback from my Fosgate stereo but I completely unplugged that and it stills humms. Only after market thing left that’s hooked to electrical system is rigid light bar and kfi winch. I guess it could be powertrain related but my 20 years of being a mechanic tells me it’s electrical noise. Anyone else have any similar issues?
